I am originally from a small town in North Carolina, but I have been a Richmond, VA transplant for the past 20 years! I played sports my entire life and found myself at the University of Richmond to play football after high school. Upon graduation, I started a teaching career which lasted 10+ years. I began an 8 year stint as the student pastor at a local church, where I was able to lead middle and high school students and volunteers.

My wife and I have four beautiful children, one of which who came to us by way of adoption. During the fostering and adoption process, my wife and I became advocates to bring awareness to the need for community support in the foster cares system. The work is extremely rewarding! Helping families turn houses into homes has been a huge driver for me, which is why I am excited about helping you!
